Joseph van den Elsen

Managing Director

Joseph is currently a Non-Executive Director of OAR Resources Limited (ASX:OAR) and the Executive Chairman of Ronin Resources, a privately held exploration and development company. Prior to joining Ronin Resources, he held executive positions with MHM Metals and Hampshire Mining.

Previously, Joseph was an Associate Director with UBS and held a comparable position with Goldman Sachs JB Were. He holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts (Spanish) and a Graduate Diploma in Environment, Energy and Resources Law and is currently studying towards a Graduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration Geoscience and a Master of Science (Mineral Economics).

John Ciganek

Non-executive Chairman

Mr Ciganek has worked in the mining sector for over 25 years within mining operations, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets and holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering and an MBA. John has substantial experience in corporate finance covering a range of experience including project finance, M&A, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory across the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors and has also held executive and non-executive roles with a number of ASX listed companies including Minbos Resources (MNB), Pacific Bauxite (PBX) as well as serving as the GM Business Development and Investor Relations for PMI Gold.

Mr Andrew Law

Non-Executive Director

Andrew Law has over 35 years’ experience in the mining and Resources industry in Australia, Africa and South America. His extensive technical and management experience ranges from deep level underground mining environments to large open pit environments to large mineral sands dry mining and dredging environments, across a range of mineral commodities.

Andrew’s executive management experience has been gained at the Board, Corporate and Executive operational levels at Anglo American, Plutonic Resources, Downer Group, Placer Dome, Millenium Minerals, Mundo Minerals Limited, St Barbara Limited and Optiro. Recently, he was the Executive Director – Projects at Relentless Resources, a private Resources exploration and development company, exploring and developing mineral sands projects in NSW. Andrew is a qualified Mining Engineer (University of Johannesburg) with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Western Australia. He is a Fellow of the AusIMM (CP – Management), a Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying – Australia, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Mr Law is currently non-executive director of Arcadia Minerals Limited (ASX:AM7).

Justin Mouchacca

Company Secretary

Mr Mouchacca is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia with over 14 years' experience in public company responsibilities including statutory, corporate governance and financial reporting requirements. Mr Mouchacca has been appointed Company Secretary and Financial Officer for a number of entities listed on the ASX and unlisted public companies. He specialises in the preparation of listing companies on stock exchanges, Corporations Act legislation, corporate governance policies, statutory report writing requirements, shareholder meeting requirements and assistance in the preparation of prospectuses, information memorandums and other disclosure documents.
