Mr Ismail is an Angel Investor, tech investment expert and blockchain technology advocate. He is an experienced corporate advisor who specialises in the restructure and recapitalisation of a wide range of ASX-listed companies.
He has many years of investment banking experience and has advised on numerous cross border transactions including capital raisings, structuring of blockchain venture acquisitions, joint ventures overseas and is involved in the development of investment platforms for private capital raisings and IPOs.
Mr Ismail is also the founder and operator of Otsana Capital, and is currently a director of a number of ASX listed companies.
Brendan de Kauwe
Dr de Kauwe studied a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Western Australia. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, majoring in Corporate Finance, and is an ASIC complaint (RG146) Securities Advisor.
Dr de Kauwe’s is a Director of Otsana Capital, a corporate advisory firm, with vast experience in corporate restructuring and recapitalisations, mergers and acquisitions, IPO/RTO and capital markets.
Dr de Kauwe’s corporate experience, coupled with his extensive technology, science and bio-medical background gives him an integral understanding in the evaluation and execution of projects and assets over a diverse range of sectors.
He has held numerous ASX Listed roles and is currently: Chairman - eSense Lab Ltd (ASX:ESE), Director - G Medical Innovations Holdings Ltd (ASX:GMV), Director - Race Oncology Ltd (ASX:RAC), Director - Ookami Ltd (ASX:OOK),
He is also owner and director of a successful private publishing company, a Full Voting Member of APRA/AMCOS.
Ms Poposka is Founder and CEO of Brontech, a blockchain powered ID verification and data market place with an integrated digital rewards wallet. Emma is an Alumni at TelstraMuruD and Blue Chilli VC Accelerator program and also Almuni at SheSays Accelerator Founders program.
Emma leverages technology to solve data and value driven business issues, improve business performance and deliver more agile, streamlined, cost-effective and customer friendly solutions. Emma is an expert in blockchain technology and its utilization across different industry verticals as well as in combination with other technological trends like digital advertising, analytics, personal data protection, data security, IoT, AI and Autonomic platforms.
During her career she has worked on several large- scale software projects for the public and private sector and taken up varied roles in the software development lifecycle including project manager, programmer and QA engineer.
She has consulted on major projects with international organizations including United Nations Development Program (UNDP), United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and The European Commission (EC).
